Defending champion Ronda Jean Rousey who is an American mixed martial artist, judoka and actress is the first and current UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion and has held the belt for more than two years and remains unbeaten. Rousey will headline UFC184 tonight when she takes on Cathilee Deborah "Cat" Zingano who on the other hand is also an American mixed martial artist and became the first woman to win a UFC fight by technical knockout On April 13, 2013 she also is unbeaten. For the first time in the promotion’s history, the co-main event is an all-female affair, featuring Raquel Pennington against Holly Holm....so  don't be Beaten out of this one... stay glued to my blog for updates *tongue out*..:)

Could the saying 'birds of the same feather flock together', be the story behind the photos Mo Farah took with Hamza Driouch? well pictures emerged of the double Olympic champion Mo alongside Driouch who is serving a two-year ban that began on New Year’s Eve for irregularities in his biological passport and IAAF rules state banned athletes are prohibited from ‘participating in any capacity … in a training camp, exhibition or practice’. Driouch posted the photo on his Instagram account which appear to show him sharing a meal with Farah, another picture shows them running together...my question is..do you think an active athlete should not be found around a banned athlete?
