QPR captain Joey Barton is certainly not in the good books of his fans after being sent off in Saturday's defeat at Hull.Barton was shown a first-half red card after a shove on Hull defender Alex Bruce and also hitting Tom Huddlestone's groin.Barton has apologized via tweets but he has continued to receive bitter reactions from fans...Barton, who has now been sent off nine times in his career,said in his tweet on Saturday "I've apologized to the lads and would like to apologies to all QPR fans who traveled today," Barton tweeted "I've let my team-mates down and being someone who puts the team above everything else I'm gutted about that."The defeat leaves QPR above the relegation zone on goal difference ...

violence in sports took a horrific turn last night as Supporters stormed the ring during a local boxing bill at the octagon Sheffield.Reports say The disorder started when rival fans clashed over a fight on the under card.Security at the complex was over-run as supporters of Sheffield super-bantamweights Uzair Najib and Muheeb Fazeldin stormed into the ring, moments after Fazeldin had stopped his rival. rival factions threw Punches at each other as the ring announcer and local promoter Dennis Hobson appealed for calm  finally the drama settled down and fans returned to their seats.The showpiece fight saw  Ross Burkinshaw win the WBO European bantamweight strap, Sheffield is known to have produced a clutch of world champion boxers, including Kell Brook , Johnny Nelson and Prince Naseem Hamed ....i hope this show of shame from fans doesn't mar a good record in the set for sheffield!...
